Dr. Masters is an Associate Professor of Medical Informatics in the Medical Education and Informatics Department at Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman. He studied at Rhodes University and Stellenbosch University and earned a Ph.D. from the University of Cape Town. He has been involved in education for several decades, and has published on medical informatics ethics, and has authored and co-authored several AMEE Guides on Artificial Intelligence, e-learning, m-learning and related topics. Ken Masters, PhD, HDE, FDE
Dr. Pusic is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at Harvard Medical School, serving as Senior Associate Faculty for Boston Children’s Hospital and Scholar-in-Residence, Brigham Education Institute, Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. He is also the Faculty Co-Director of the Harvard Medical School Master of Medical Sciences in Medical Education program and Director of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Research and Education Foundation. Completing his Premedical Studies in Physiology at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Pusic went on to receive his medical doctorate from there as well. He obtained a Master of Arts in Medical Informatics from Columbia University and received his Doctor of Philosophy in Cognition and Learning from Teacher’s College at Columbia. He previously served as an Associate Clinical Professor, Emergency Medicine & Pediatrics at New York University following a series of faculty positions at Columbia University, University of British Columbia, McGill University, and Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Pusic also held a wide range of clinical appointments in emergency medicine at each of these institutions and is board certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics, for whom he serves as a Board Examiner. Kaelee Brockway, PT, DPT, EdD
Dr. Brockway is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Dallas. Dr. Brockway has practice experience across multiple disciplines. She has held positions on the Board of Directors for APTA Michigan and the Michigan Physical Therapy Political Action Committee in addition to serving in the APTA House of Delegates. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy (GCS) and holds the Advanced Credentialed Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (A-CEEAA) certification from APTA Geriatrics.

Kathleen Fortier, PT, DPT, MBA
Dr. Fortier is an Assistant Professor of Practice and the Assistant Director of Clinical Education at Arcadia University. She specializes in the primary care realm of PT. She believes strongly that we need to transform healthcare delivery for all to maximize our outcomes with lower costs. This means looking at a variety of different delivery methods and addressing other social determinants of health.

Scarlett Morris, PT, DPT, MTC, OCS
Dr. Morris is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, and Athletic Training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Morris is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Specialist and holds a certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy. Her clinical experience is primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting with an expertise in workers compensation. Dr. Morris provides instruction in KU's physical therapy degree program and remains active in the Kansas Physical Therapy Association where she serves on the research committee.

Nathan Morelli, PT, DPT, PhD
Dr. Morelli is currently a Deep Brain Stimulation Principal Clinical Scientist with Medtronic. He is a clinician and research professional with a passion for advancing patient outcomes through the integration of digital health technologies into clinical practice. His journey has taken him from academia to industry, where he’s driven innovation, fostered cross-functional collaborations, and generated compelling clinical evidence.

CJ Morrow, PT, DPT
Dr. Morrow is currently a Clinical Quality Senior Analyst at Hinge Health. As a physical therapist and senior analyst she brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and quality management experience. With a background spanning clinical practice and quality oversight at Johnson & Johnson, she specializes in transforming healthcare operations through data-driven frameworks and AI integration.

Stephen Jernigan, PT, PhD, FNAP
Dr. Jernigan is currently an associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, and Athletic Training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Jernigan has a clinical background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. He was appointed director of the physical therapy doctoral degree program in March 2017 and provides instruction for foundational clinical courses in applied anatomy, applied kinesiology and biomechanics. He currently serves as a preceptor for physical therapy students in an interprofessional teaching clinic associated with the KU Department of Family Medicine.
